About us
Om Swastiastu “May your gods be with you” is a world famous greeting from the heart of Bali and we at Le Zat Restaurant mean it from our hearts too. The name “Le Zat” is not French but a Balinese term for “Delicious!”
All of our staff, most who have been with us for many years, are from the local area around Candi Dasa (pronounced Chandi Dasa) and generally speak excellent English, so feel free to ask anything you want about Bali , it’s customs and rich culture during your stay and if that staff member cannot help you then they will try to find someone else that can.
Is direct above the beach spread over 1500 square meters and your table will have a spectacular view of the islands Nusa Penida and Lombok (on a clear day) and as much local Balinese life as you care to take part in – local fishermen still beach their boats in front of the resort and are proof of how fresh we get the “Catch of the Day” – every day!
The sea breeze keeps it cool and the sound of surf brings that touch of Bali that you will remember along with the quality holiday time you spend with us. There are usually around 40 places near the bar and 60 to 80 seats in the restaurant and beach side so waiting is not a concern for either our resort guests or those that are just passing.
